The PSI Shop Floor Control
module provides complete control over production activity by tracking
work orders from their inception to completion and all costs associated
with producing these orders. Orders can be maintained both manually and
electronically. These updates are driven by the Capacity Planning module
to ensure the vital link between customer service and manufacturing priority
is balanced. Other features and attachments for the orders processed by
this module include:
- Online drawing display
- Online in-process drawing and work instruction
- Routing data to provide efficiency targets
- Material picking information
- Step-by-step tracking includes time and user stamps
- Supports use of most current data collection devices
Time and Attendance
PSI Time
and Attendance provides electronic clocking functions for shop personnel,
with a direct feed to the Payroll module, and includes booking on and
off work centers as jobs are performed to track job costing.
