PSI's Bin Master module combines a multi-tier location capability with a "pick & place" suggestion system to provide optimum material flow efficiency. Features of this module include:

• Multi-bin types for inspection, consignment and defective materials
• Bin priority codes that categorize the desirability of each storage area
• You can suggest which is the most desirable item to place in any bin
• RF (radio frequency) scanning and wired scanning capable for real-time inventory

PSI Shipping is intimately integrated with the Sales Order and Bin Master modules to ensure that your employees always have the most current order and inventory information available. This module provides the Sales Order system with on-line customer order status and is designed to optimize the order picking process to improve warehousing efficiency.

Multi-Facility Capability

PSI's multi-facility planning capability allows different companies to utilize the same database. This allows for global integration and makes inter-company business easier to conduct.
