and continue throughout our ongoing system
support. Customers' evaluations and comments
are compiled into a "Customer Satisfaction
Index" that we use to track progress
and identify any areas that require attention
before problems arise. Results are reported
both to the customer and to PSI management.
The index is also a key factor in PSI’s
staff incentive plan.
